Course Outline
Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands, feet and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organ in the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, Reflexology relaxes tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of the body.
This two-day training is a reflexology technique course. It may be taken for personal interest or used towards professional certification. There are no prerequisites required.
